The Office of Institutional Diversity at Oregon State provides support to organizations on campus - including student clubs and organizations, academic departments and other units - and community partners. Sponsorship and support takes many forms including volunteering, tabling at events, promoting events and programs across social media and other mediums, participating on panels, providing promotional items for giveaways and financial support.
INTERNAL REQUESTS
With the launch of the Diversity Action Plan and Prosperity Widely Shared, we are reevaluating our sponsorship processes and guidelines to align with these strategic plans. Sponsorship requests are not being accepted at this time as we complete a review and evaluation of our resources over Summer 2024. Thank you for your patience.
EXTERNAL REQUESTS
If you are requesting support for a community organization or partner, please use the form below. Events and programs sponsored by the Office of Institutional Diversity should support Oregon State University's mission and advance goals outlined in the Diversity Strategic Plan. Please submit your request at least 4 weeks before your scheduled event if possible, to ensure timely processing of the funds. Review of your request from the Office of Institutional Diversity may take up to 2 weeks.
