Leading Change is a core offering under OSU’s Academic Leadership Academy coordinated by the offices of Faculty Affairs and Human Resources. This program is grounded in the scholarship of diversity leadership and aligned with the vision detailed in OSU’s Diversity Strategic Plan and Strategic Plan 4.0.

Leading Change is delivered through both synchronous and asynchronous modes. The seminar is action focused and utilizes active-learning, dialogic, and problem-based instructional strategies to equip institutional leaders with critical knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
The seminar is organized in four modules:

Leading Change facilitators curate articles and other educational resources to sustain curiosity and growth among Leading Change alumni. Reading lists are uploaded each term and announced to the alumni list serve.
