Oregon State University offers equity-related and cultural diversity courses, and are part of the Bacc Core.

Resources to enhance the diversity candidate pools for open positions are available across the university. In 2020, the President and Provost's Leadership Council for Diversity, Equity and Social Justice designed to serve as a resource for tenure-track search committees and administrators at Oregon State University.
