The 2023 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration week begins Saturday, January 14 and ends on Friday, January 20. This year marks the 41st anniversary of the Commemoration event.

An important part of the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration are events envisioned by Oregon State community members to collaboratively learn about, reflect on and carry on the legacy of Dr. King. Departments, units, offices, organizations and individuals breathe life into the celebration by organizing events throughout the week to educate, engage and energize.

Please submit events for the 2023 Commemoration to the Office of Institutional Diversity by Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
