About the survey
To make positive change, it is critical that we understand the experiences of OSU employees. We do this through an employee community climate survey that is administered every two years. Results from this survey will be shared with the university community and utilized by university leaders to develop policies and practices to improve community climate and advance the university's mission.
The survey is being administered by the Office of Institutional Diversity and the Office of University Human Resources with assistance from the OSU Policy Analysis Laboratory.
