We're available to offer consultation services on a variety of topics and scope related to inclusive excellence.
Inclusive excellence leadership and planning
Leadership consultation for individuals leading or addressing concerns related to departmental, college or university-wide initiatives, policies and practices.
Education and training
Consultation for training to support organizational learning and inclusive excellence, including team development, dialogue facilitation and strategies to strengthen an organization’s capacity to thrive.
Community partnerships
Consultation with external partners interested in collaborating with OSU to strengthen engagement with diverse communities through K–12 outreach, sponsorships and innovative pathways to the university.
Bias incidents and care
If you have experienced or witnessed a bias incident, or are dealing with potential bias but unsure about submitting a report, you can request a consultation.
*Note: All bias incident consultations meetings are confidential. Submitted bias incident reports are private, but not confidential.
