Climate Stress and Grief: Building Resilience in Farmers and Ranchers
How does your team or program support student success, learning pathways, or a sense of belonging for the people you serve?
We have designed our two interventions with activities to engage adult participants throughout the workshops. Additionally, we use trauma-informed strategies that create a sense of safety and belonging for participants.
What strategies do you use to ensure your work is inclusive, culturally responsive, or grounded in the lived experiences of the communities you collaborate with?
To ensure our work is inclusive, culturally responsive and grounded in lived experience, we have enlisted farmers, ranchers, people from indigenous communities, and fishermen to help create and vet our curricula.
