The Outstanding Diversity Advocate Award is awarded to a member of the Oregon State University community who actively promotes and enhances diversity, equity and inclusion. The awardee contributes to and advances the mission of OSU through consistent and sustained efforts to improve opportunities for the diverse communities we serve
The President’s Commission on the Status of Women (PCOSW), the Office of Institutional Diversity (OID) and OSU Athletics present Breaking Barriers, a recognition of the accomplishments and impact of those who have advanced gender equity at Oregon State University.
Four legacy awards are Presented by the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration committee – the Phyllis S. Lee Award, the Frances Dancy Hooks Award, the Oscar Humberto Montemayor Award and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Alumni Legacy Award.

The Diversity Research Reception aims to recognize and celebrate OSU researchers who are promoting inclusive excellence through their research and publications, and highlight OSU's commitment to advancing inclusive excellence across its research and innovation missions.
The annual State of Diversity at Oregon State University address presents an overview of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at Oregon State, highlight accomplishments and key collaborations across the institution and identify continuing areas of growth to advance inclusive excellence at Oregon State.
