The OSU Equity Leaders Consortium (ELC) is a standing university-level group comprised of OSU employees with FTE dedicated to leading university and unit-level diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer Scott Vignos will serve as executive sponsor and convener for the ELC. Staff in the Office of Institutional Diversity will provide support and coordination for ELC activities.
